Please, help us with that. In order to avoid any misunderstanding, please read the house rules carefully.

CHECK IN TIME

• Check in time: after 14:00 on the arrival date.

EARLY CHECK IN

• Before 14: 00 (on request). Additional Fees apply. Subject to availability.

CHECK IN PROCEDURE

• The manager will meet you near apartment on the street for providing the set of keys and all necessary information about apartment. If you have the shuttle service option, the manager will wait you in the airport or train/bus station with the tablet of your name.
• In order to make sure the check-in goes smoothly and easy, we will send you an arrival check in reminder emails few days before reminding critical information: arrival contact number and address of apartment.

CHECK OUT TIME

• Check out time: before 12 am on the departure date.

LATE CHECK OUT

• After 12am (on request). Additional Fees apply. Subject to availability.

CHECK OUT PROCEDURE

• The manager will come to the apartment to take the set of keys.

SMOKING POLICY

• Smoking IS NOT permitted in the apartments or in any other area of the property.
• Guests are responsible for fire safety in rented apartments. Lighting and electrical appliances should be turned off during the absence. Do not store flammable or explosive substances, as well as weapons and other objects and substances prohibited for storage and turnover in the territory of the Russian Federation.

CLEANING

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

• Call out service: In case of lost or damaged keys, or The Client being locked out of the property. Additional Fee: 3000 rub.00 kop - These charges must be paid immediately to the Agent.
