The tiled bathroom has a bath Jacuzzi and toilet. The guest toilet is also in the apartment.

History
The original name of the river Moika was - MUI (dirty), after the founding of St. Petersburg for some time was the name Mya and only in 1726 received its present name.
In 1842, this building was the apartment of I. A. Gedeerovskogo.
The Russian Poet Saltykov-Shchedrin, M. E.has lived in the house from 1845 to 1848. Here he wrote his first story, "Contradictions" and "Complicated case" in which the government saw "the harmful direction and the desire to spread revolutionary ideas that shook the already the whole of Western Europe". In the night from 21 to 22 April 1848, the writer was arrested and a few days later exiled to Vyatka.
